What is original in this tale? Not a lot. Boyfriend cheats? Not new. Boyfriend is a sleaze? Not new? Girl dumps him and runs back home? Not new. Girl meets high school sweetheart that she still has a crush on? Not new. He just returned from the army? Not new. He has a crush on her? Not new. Ex tries to get her back? Not new. She sleeps with former crush? Not new.You get the picture. Please, writers, let's be a little original here. But unfortunately not even the sex is new here.
Unfortunately the heroine went for sex on first meeting her ex and she does the same with her former crush. Do we see a pattern here? Is she a ho? She admits she mistreated a very nice man who took her on a date and she dumped him for her ex at a party. She's definitely a slut. Now that's new.
The bad thing is that she never seems to learn and she feels bad about her behavior but that is it.
I just couldn't identify with her and her self created problems.

I love a good romance and this book had it all. Love, sex and a whole lot more
As short as this story was, I could not finish it. I lost interest after the first 8 pages. ;(
I read this short story in less than an hour. Honestly, I enjoy reading an entire book in one sitting as opposed to going back and purchasing individual parts of a book to create a whole. I am glad I got this for free so I would know if I'd like the book and want to continue purchasing additional parts. I found a few proofreading errors in the book, but thankfully they didn't detract too much from the story.
It was just a little above average. Nothing that particularly stood out. Although, I will say the author was very clever in setting up sequels to the book, it definitely incentivizes readers to buy the next book. The reason I give this only three stars, is because I have seen this story line many times in other novels written by different authors. The story goes like this ... "man cheats on wife/fiance'/girlfriend, and girlfriend leaves him, and goes back to home town, only to coincidentally run into an old crush from high school ..." you will have to read the rest of the book for more details...dont want to spoil it. It was a quick and easy read, very short book. I also dont think the title accurately reflects the book. I would not call what is going on in the book, love by any means...but that is just my opinion.
